REAL ESTATE HISTORY
Ben Heinrich’s real estate career began in 1978. He opened Ben Heinrich Real Estate in the 1980s, which was purchased by Coldwell Banker in 2002. He is consistently ranked in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents and was ranked in the top 1,000 of all agent teams in the USA.
IN THE COMMUNITY
As a dedicated and longtime resident, Ben is committed to giving back to the surrounding community. He is recent past President of the Carmel Public Library Foundation, and currently serves on the board as Treasurer. Ben has also served as President of the Family Service Agency, and the Monterey County Boys and Girls Club. He currently serves on the board of the Point Lobos Foundation.
In his free time, Ben enjoys playing classical music and cool jazz on the piano. As an avid reader, Ben’s library is compiled of poetry, historical novels, and books by authors such as David McCullough and Isaac Asimov, who penned one of his favorite quotes, “Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.” In his previous life Ben was an Officer and jet pilot instructor in the United States Air Force. Ben is also an accomplished golfer and played twice as an invited amateur in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.
