Zach Brooksher, Realtor, Heinrich Team Monterey Peninsula Specialist
In 2018, I represented over $10,000,000 in real estate transactions representing both buyers and sellers, but I’m most proud of consistently receiving elaborate 5 star ratings and feedback from my clients. I’ve turned many of those working relationships into friendships long after the sale.
In addition to striking outstanding deals for my personal clientele, I brings value to The Heinrich Team by assisting in our client relationships, market research, and organizational strategy. My experience working in fine dining during college gave me the skills to set a standard of exceptional service in my practice. This consists of anticipating my clients’ needs and delivering often times before they knew they needed anything at all. I’m the kind of agent you can call after the sale if you have a question or need a local recommendation. I’m well connected in the community, trustworthy, and I go the extra mile every single time.
With a passion for business, freshwater fishing, and the great outdoors, the central coast is truly a great lifestyle fit for me.
REAL ESTATE HISTORY
I grew up in the small town of Murphys, California. I joined The Heinrich Team with Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty after graduating CSU Monterey Bay in 2015 where I studied Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
IN THE COMMUNITY
I am a board director of the Carmel Public Library Foundation. As an active member of the community, I have assisted with programs for the elderly at Marina Recreation Department and also served in the music department at Seaside Middle School. Some charities I've donated to include Peace of Mind Dog Rescue and the Kinship Center. I plan to grow old on the Monterey Peninsula.
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with his fiance Isabel, my parents Steve and Courtney, exercising while listening to podcasts and audiobooks, cooking on the BBQ, playing guitar, or fishing.
