With several brokers to choose from, it can be a daunting decision figuring out which company to hire to list your home or help you buy. We thought we would share the reasons why we decided to partner with Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty, and a bit of context about how the decision came about.

How Our Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty Relationship Began

Ben and Carole Heinrich moved to Carmel Valley, California and Ben started a real estate company called Ben Heinrich Real Estate. He and Carole built the company up to three offices. Carole got into real estate shortly after Ben, but prior to joining him, she had careers as a CFP, stock broker, and mortgage broker.

In 2001, Ben and Carole sold their company to Coldwell Banker. Ben and Carole both feel partnering with Coldwell Banker was the best decision they could have made for their career. Some of the reasons are outlined below.

Coldwell Banker’s State, National, and Worldwide Networking Makes Deals

The Heinrich Team is in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents, and many networking opportunities become available to them throughout the year. Carole and Ben are invited to agent conferences where they share listings and buyer needs, discuss strategy, and share their thoughts about the market. Oftentimes, agents they have built relationships with over the years at these Coldwell Banker conferences will refer business to them or have a client looking for a property in the Carmel area, and vice versa. The Coldwell Banker community provides a platform for The Heinrich Team to get as much exposure to their listings as possible.
