As in no other time in my 32 years real estate experience, the stars are aligned for buyers. In fact we may be in the midst of a generational “Perfect Storm”. Consider the following factors:

1. Prices of existing and new homes are at exceptional lows. Add to that…

2. Interest rates are at lows we haven’t seen in some time. Plus….

3. The Federal Government has created tax incentives to encourage buyers in this market.

This is an amazing time to be a buyer. I only hope the buyers are seeing objectively the opportunities before them. Sometimes things can hide in plain sight.
