Laguna Robles
With just 18 units in this small complex conveniently located near the Carmel Valley Village tasting rooms and restaurants, Laguna Robles sees very few sales – in fact, there was just one sale this year for $535,000. Village Green
This 22 unit complex is located in the Carmel Valley Village in the Tularcitos School District. Residents have single car garages and units ranging from 1400-2000 square feet.
