Carmel sales numbers have continued to show a steady improvement during the year. Carmel Single Family Sales 2011 totaled 204, 22.2% ahead of 2010 sales of 167. December sales of 15 were 15% ahead of sales in December of 2010. The median sales price in December of $1,100,000 was 31% ahead of the median price in December of 2010.
