After an incredible experience hiring Kirk Probasco and his team at Alta Bakery to cater our wedding rehearsal dinner, Isabel and I had to try Kirk’s new restaurant adjacent to the bakery called Cella. It offers easily one of the most captivating ambiences we’ve seen on the Monterey Peninsula. It’s warm, moody, energetic, and welcoming all at once. The menu flows with the seasons, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The service is outstanding, and you just never want to leave. Here are a few shots from our perfect evening at Cella.
