Following the torrid pace of 28 sales in October, November sales  totaled 9, more in line with the two previous Novembers.  Year to date sales of 154 are running 16.7% ahead of YTD 2009 sales. Carmel statistics  overall show little change in days on market and size of inventory. Early indications show estimated December closings in the 18-20 area.
