HONORING HOMES
In the real estate industry, the Heinrich name is well-trusted and highly respected. That’s because of the 30+ years that Ben and Carole have put into the local industry, establishing a reputation that both clients and fellow realtors can attest to. In the early 1980’s Ben and Carole started Ben Heinrich Real Estate, a successful agency that was purchased by Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty in 2002.
HONORING FAMILY
Over the years, Ben and Carole Heinrich have done much more than just help their clients buy and sell real estate in the area. They have planted roots in Carmel Valley, where they have raised a family and have become friendly and familiar faces. From schools to parks to their go-to restaurants and shops, their years of living in Carmel Valley have provided them with a natural firsthand look into what makes this area so great. They continue to invest in their community by volunteering and working the charities they are passionate about.
HONORING COMMUNITY AND THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Ben Heinrich has served on many real estate boards throughout the years, not only working in the industry but also helping to shape it. He served as the Carmel Board President in 1987 and 1988 and served as a Director of the California Association of Realtors since 1991. Ben was also the President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors in 1998. For over 20 years, Carole Heinrich has been a leader in the local financial community as a stockbroker and certified financial planner. Carole earned her real estate agent and mortgage broker license in 1990 to provide clients with both the investment guidance and market expertise needed to make real estate decisions with confidence.
