New Construction in Carmel-by-the-Sea

We have two projects under construction in excellent locations of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The first we’ll update you on is our Casanova lots. Wonderful location north of Ocean Avenue and south of 4th – a quick walk to town. The contractor is working on the foundation of both Lot 2 and the guest house’s foundation of Lot 1. The second project underway is by renowned builder Lehman Design Studio on Lincoln and 3rd Avenue. We are thrilled to see the framing and walls coming together. This house will have beautiful ocean views and privacy in Northwest Carmel, and is a short walk to town. Here are the designs!
