Our local Carmel paper, The Pine Cone, recently ran an article quoting a few local Realtors saying that the market is picking up.  After mostly negative press about the real estate industry over the last couple years, this is a refreshing change.  In my opinion, the real story of the day is how affordable homes have become in this very desireable area of the country.  That’s a positive story worth telling!
