We’ve been looking forward to trying Wild Fish for several weeks, and once we finally got a chance to go, we quickly returned just two days later for another delicious seafood experience. We first went for lunch, sat outside, and enjoyed the amazing weather we have had lately throughout the peninsula.
Wild Fish makes it clear what they stand for and what they want to be known for – they are absolutely local. The bread is sourced from Ad-Estrada in Seaside, the wines are all local from Ventana and Santa Lucia Highlands grapes, and the fresh fish and veggies are locally caught and grown. When you dine at Wild Fish, you are tasting all of the flavors uniquely home to the Monterey Peninsula – an inspiring model, and a great way to open a restaurant particularly during a challenging time when community is so important.
The ambience is great with heaters to accommodate outdoor dining, plenty of space between tables, and wonderful service right in the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. Wild Fish gets a 10/10, would highly recommend!
