Third could be the River Ranch amenities where you can be a social member, or the golf membership. There’s also Spa Aiyana and the lodge – one of the most relaxing places for lunch on the Monterey Peninsula. With all of these amenities and beautiful scenery it is no wonder why Carmel Valley Ranch has experienced such strong market activity in recent months. Here is a look at the recent action. Over the past year, just 9 homes have been sold in the ranch with an average days on market of just 26 days.
